After the garment is powdered, fold and place the garment in an appropriately sized plastic bag. Clear ones are great for easily identifying the garment. Beware of metal on your latex, such as metal buttons or grommets, especially with pale colors such as white and pink. When storing, place a piece of masking tape on both sides of the metal to keep it from staining your latex. Store your packaged latex in a dark, dry place at room temperature. You can hang your garments however, over time if a garment is heavy, it can become stretched out.
Sunlight can affect a garments color, so be sure the area is dark or well covered. Never let a light colored garment be touched by a dark colored garment or another garment with metal buttons or closures. Over time this can cause staining. Keep latex away from sharp objects, abrasive surfaces and be careful with false nails. Regularly caring for your latex will keep the garment in great condition for a long time.
When ready to wear again use a silicone spray or oil free lubricant to add shine to make your garment look new again.
Please note that Cinched Tight does not take responsibility and will not replace garments that have been damaged during wear, improper cleaning or storing.
